At Celidra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our goal is to provide a simple, fair and transparent return process for all our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.


Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in good condition
• Item must be free of excessive damage
• Item must not show signs of misuse

As part of our 30-night trial, lightly used items may still be eligible for return.


Defective or damaged products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Celidra will offer a replacement or refund after review of photos or supporting information.

We may request evidence before approving the claim.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Inspection process

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds are issued only if items meet return conditions.

Returns may be refused if items show:

• Signs of excessive use
• Damage
• Missing packaging
• Excessive wear


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us first.

In many situations we can offer an exchange solution instead of a return.


Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may be refused if:

• Product shows excessive wear or damage beyond normal use
• Product was damaged after delivery
• Product was modified
• Request is made after 30 days


Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
